Sore throats disappear faster. The same with a cold. I have arthrosis in my knee and shoulder. If I scald for 10-15 min daily, the pain eases or disappears. My husband occasionally has a strained elbow. He shined a few times and the elbow stopped hurting. I am satisfied, it's just a shame that it only takes up a small area.
